Aaron Copeland

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

With more than 35 years of experience, Aaron has dedicated his career to helping organizations solve complex operational challenges through technology. His background spans retail, distribution, manufacturing, enterprise networking, infrastructure architecture and software development.

Throughout his career, Aaron has designed and deployed enterprise data centers, built large-scale warehouse management systems for major distributors and developed software platforms that support organizations across North America. His hands-on experience in both technology and operations continues to shape the vision behind the EMP Platform™, EMP VisionAI™ and EMP Intelligence™.

Tom Langer

Chief Technology Officer

Tom brings more than 30 years of software engineering experience, with deep expertise across numerous programming languages, enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, APIs and mobile platforms.

Having worked alongside Aaron for more than 13 years, Tom has been instrumental in evolving EMP into a modern enterprise platform. A true technology visionary, he has an exceptional ability to anticipate future trends and transform innovative ideas into practical, scalable solutions that benefit customers every day.

Matt Ayres

Chief Information Officer

Matt has specialized in enterprise infrastructure, networking and data center operations since 1999 and joined Easy Manage Software in 2021.

He is responsible for the technology backbone that powers EMP, overseeing data center operations, network architecture, server deployments, load balancing, disaster recovery, security and compliance. His expertise ensures the platform remains secure, highly available and ready to support enterprise customers around the clock.

Frank Schroeder

Chief Financial & Chief Operating Officer

Frank brings decades of executive leadership and operational expertise to Easy Manage Software. Before joining EMP, he served as a Vice President at Devon Energy and earned a Master's degree in Engineering, combining technical expertise with executive business leadership.

Frank and Aaron's friendship began in 1976, when they met in kindergarten. That lifelong relationship—built on trust, integrity and shared values—became the foundation for a business partnership focused on building something that would last. After retiring from a distinguished corporate career, Frank joined EMP to guide finance, operations and strategic planning.
